About 90 colleagues work here in areas such as sales, customer service, production and logistics planning. Your future challenge As a Logistics Planner with us, you will have an important role in our Supply Chain and be responsible for planning, booking, coordinating and following up transports to markets both within and outside Europe. With a focus on reliability, sustainability and cost-effectiveness, you ensure that our products reach customers at the right time and in the right way. The role involves close cooperation with many internal and external parties. You are a natural point of contact between our production units, production planning, Customer Service and sales organization – as well as with transport companies, freight forwarders, terminals and international partners. You also handle documentation related to transport bookings and actively contribute to developing and improving our logistics processes. You become part of an engaged team where we help each other, share knowledge and support one another. At the same time, you have great personal responsibility and the opportunity to influence how our transport flows function and develop. Our operations are characterized by a fast pace and rapid changes, which means that no day is quite like another. Your main responsibilities You will work with the following areas: Plan, book and coordinate international transports to the market within and outside Europe Follow up deliveries and contribute to developing transport flows with a focus on quality, cost and sustainability Handle documentation related to transport bookings Collaborate closely with internal functions and external partners Participate in continuous improvements of working methods and processes Approve invoices To succeed in the role To succeed as a Logistics Planner with us, we believe you thrive in a dynamic environment where the pace is fast and conditions can change quickly. We see that you have: Experience with administrative tasks through work, studies or other relevant experience Good experience working in MS Office Relevant post-secondary education Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written If you have experience in transport planning and an understanding of how logistics flows work in practice, that is a great advantage. Experience from the process industry or other industrial operations is also a merit. We would also like to see that you have experience working in Excel with simple calculations and formulas, as well as experience working in business systems.
