The Personnel Systems Team is responsible for multiple systems primarily used to support our HR processes. As a solutions architect with us, you'll have a broad and varied role. You work closely with our technology specialists, system administrators, developers, and other technology teams. Our workplaces are located on Kungsholmen in Stockholm, and you have the opportunity to work from home two days per week when work allows. Job Description: As a solutions architect with us, you'll have a broad and varied role. You work in close collaboration with our stakeholders and different target groups within the organization, which includes planning how the implementation of new capabilities, configurations, and customizations in IT systems should take place in the best way. You will work with all the technology required throughout the product's entire lifecycle. You will, among other things: Be a technical advisor and support in architecture and development matters Document and communicate solutions architecture to both technical and non-technical roles Contribute to ensuring our systems and integrations are robust, secure, maintainable, and sustainably designed for the long term Support the management of our systems from a comprehensive technical perspective Contribute to root cause analyses and ensure we learn from incidents Contribute to standardization, technical principles, and common ways of working Act as a link between different technical areas when a question doesn't clearly belong within a single specialized field Participate in change initiatives of varying kinds Contribute to the team's overall strategy, ways of working, and further development of our products within the section. Qualifications: This is an opportunity for you if you have: Several years of current experience working as a solutions architect or equivalent role that the employer deems relevant for the position. Experience developing and quality-assuring technical solution proposals and architectures. Strong knowledge of systems integration and security Experience with systems management in complex environments Very good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written The position requires Swedish citizenship. It is advantageous if you also have: Experience developing and analyzing requirements within the public sector or other regulated activities (e.g., finance, healthcare, education) Experience with agile working methods Worked with databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL Worked at a larger company or government agency Personal Qualities: You have great interest in technology, systems management, and a secure society. As a person, you are curious, creative, persistent, and committed with a strong desire to create quality, business-oriented, and maintainable solutions based on budget, objectives, and legislation.
