What You'll Be Doing
" Assembly of rotor and stator components according to technical documentation (blade installation, deburring, drilling and securing seals, thread cutting, etc.)
" Operation of conventional machine tools (milling machine, grinder, shears, bending machine, etc.); Minor locksmith and manual work (filing, thread cutting, fitting, hand saw cutting, grinding, etc.)
" Reading technical drawings, including understanding material bill of materials
" Work with basic measuring tools (calipers, slip gauges (Johanssonky), micrometer, gauge, feeler gauges, etc.); Work with angle grinder, hand grinder, machinist files, scrapers, deburring sets, grinding stones and fabrics
" Use of small and medium mechanization elements (forklifts, overhead cranes); Work with pneumatic hammers
" Degreasing and cleaning machined surfaces
