Ringhals is seeking personnel for MIAB to work within the energy sector during maintenance periods in the facility. In your role as a facilities maintenance worker, you will plan, perform, follow up on, and ensure quality in facilities maintenance in your assigned area during ongoing maintenance work in the facility. The role of facilities maintenance worker involves customer contact, which places high demands on a service-oriented mindset with care—also MIAB's guiding principles.
The customer operates a facility that runs 24 hours a day, so you will need to be available to work days, evenings, and weekends. This requires a rotating shift schedule.
Swedish language is a requirement with the ability to speak, read, and communicate at a basic level.
The customer operates a security-classified facility, so all candidates will need to undergo security clearance. See more information below about what this involves.
About You
You are quality-conscious, organized, responsible, and positive. You work well both individually and in a team. We are looking for someone with experience in facilities maintenance. SRY or equivalent qualification is desirable.

What does security clearance involve?
The customer's facility is a protected site, and when working at such a location, you must undergo security clearance before employment begins.
Security clearance consists of several steps:
You must submit certificates/transcripts proving your activities over the past five years and provide two references
Security interview. During the security interview, we will review what you have done over the past five years, your financial situation, your family situation, and other relevant aspects for security-classified work.
As a final step in the security clearance process, a registry check is conducted. SÄPO carries out registry checks of individuals placed in security classification in accordance with the Security Protection Act.
