Would you like to work in a role where you truly make a difference in our guests' experience? As a Facilities Attendant at First Camp, you play a crucial role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone at the destination. Here you get to combine practical work with service and teamwork – in a company that continues to grow and develop. What is First Camp? First Camp is Northern Europe's leading camping chain with over 70 destinations in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Germany. We are on a strong growth journey and have evolved from approximately 100 MSEK in revenue in 2016 to over 1,000 MSEK in just a few years – thanks to both expansion and acquisitions. With over 2,500 employees, we work together toward a common vision: to create the world's leading camping chain and deliver memorable experiences for our guests – every day. What does the role involve? As a Facilities Attendant, you are responsible for keeping the destination's facilities and premises clean, fresh, and welcoming. You work both independently and together with your colleagues to create a pleasant environment that makes a big difference in the guest's first impression and overall experience. Röstånga is a winter-closed destination, but we are now looking for someone who can help us with light cleaning in corporate cabins and general cleaning in preparation for the coming year during winter. The role also involves contributing to good cooperation between departments and supporting the team when needed. Your work includes, among other things: Ensuring high quality in cleaning of cabins, service buildings, common areas, and other premises. Restocking consumable materials and reporting any faults, damage, or need for repairs. Contributing to a welcoming atmosphere through order, quality, and a service-oriented approach. Supporting other departments when needed and the situation requires it. Collaborating with colleagues to create a safe, clean, and pleasant destination for both guests and employees. Who are we looking for? We are looking for a responsible, meticulous, and service-oriented person who wants to contribute to a pleasant and well-maintained destination. For success in the role, we see that you: Have experience in cleaning or facilities management, preferably from hotels, camping, cleaning services, or similar environments. Enjoy physical work and have a good sense of quality and attention to detail. Are collaboration-oriented and enjoy supporting colleagues when needed. Have basic IT skills to manage simple systems and reporting. Communicate well in Swedish or English. A driver's license is required. It is meritorious if you: Have experience working in service or guest interactions. Have previous experience in facilities management at a larger facility or operation with a fast pace. As a person, you are positive, structured, and solution-oriented. You see what needs to be done and take own initiative to create quality and order. Above all, you enjoy delivering a result you can be proud of – in close cooperation with a thoughtful team. What do we offer? With us, you become part of an ambitious company with both heart and forward-thinking spirit. The role can look different depending on area, but what's common is that you become part of a team that helps each other, shares knowledge, and has a close relationship between responsibility and community. Our shared values guide our daily actions: We Care – We work together with care for the guest, the employee, and the planet. We create an open and supportive environment where we challenge each other, learn from mistakes, and celebrate successes. We Have Fun – By being ourselves and having fun together, we create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone we meet. Together we create great memories for our team, colleagues, and guests. We Simplify – Forward-thinking spirit, combined with the desire to learn, means we constantly improve and develop how we work. We make it easy for each other – it should be easy to do the right thing for both colleagues and our guests. We Deliver Results – In everything we do, we focus on creating results for our guests, colleagues, and the entire company. Goals are high, and we succeed best when we use both heart and mind. We offer a workplace with good opportunities for development and considerate colleagues who share wisdom and laughter. Together we want to continue our success story and grow with more stars who want to be part of building our future. Conditions This is a fixed-term employment at 50% until and including December. The position is covered by a collective agreement with an initial probationary period. Salary and conditions according to agreement. We would also appreciate if you could consider working here at 100% during the summer season, which runs between March - September. Application Selection and interviews take place continuously, so don't wait to submit your application if this sounds like the right opportunity for you. We use competence-based recruitment and focus on finding the person who best matches the role's requirements. For final candidates in the process, excerpts from the criminal record may be requested.
