Our Cleaning and Operations Service is responsible for facilities maintenance in municipal buildings, with a focus on daily cleaning and planned maintenance. We also provide operations services, internal mail handling, and custodial services. We are approximately 350 employees and together we clean 510,000 square meters daily across schools, senior care facilities, and other municipal buildings.

Work as a Facilities Attendant
As a facilities attendant with us, you have an important role in creating clean, safe, and sustainable environments. For us, facilities maintenance is not just a job – it's part of creating a better experience for those who use our schools, preschools, senior care facilities, sports halls, offices, and other municipal buildings. We are therefore committed to continuously improving our cleaning methods and ensuring our employees have access to modern tools and cleaning systems.
Your responsibilities:
Daily cleaning, scheduled deep cleaning, and floor maintenance.
Operation of cleaning machinery.
Maintenance of cleaning equipment and machines.
Ordering of cleaning supplies.
Daily interaction with people using the facilities.
Quality control of your own work to ensure we maintain high cleaning standards.
About You
We are looking for someone who values order and organization and wants to contribute to continuous improvement. You are comfortable working independently and collaborating with colleagues. If you have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a structured manner, this is the job for you!
We require:
Experience with professional facilities maintenance.
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, to communicate and follow instructions.
Class B driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
Merits:
Certification in SRY, PRYL, or similar.

Other Information
Two temporary full-time positions, starting as soon as possible by agreement until August 31, 2027.
Upon employment, a certificate from the police criminal record register must be presented, as required by the suitability screening law.
