On behalf of our client, we are seeking several cleaning specialists for a growing company with operations in the Västerås and Strängnäs regions. The company specializes in residential cleaning, move-out cleaning, office cleaning, and industrial cleaning, and is now looking for dedicated team members who want to be part of the company's continued growth journey. The position can be based in either Västerås or Strängnäs and surrounding areas, depending on your place of residence and operational needs. For those working in Strängnäs, there is also an opportunity to develop into a supervisory role over time. Job Responsibilities As a cleaning specialist, you will be working with: Residential cleaning for private customers Move-out cleaning of apartments, houses, and other residences Cleaning of offices, industrial facilities, and commercial premises Vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning of floors and surfaces Cleaning of kitchens, changing rooms, and sanitary facilities Window cleaning Handling of cleaning equipment and cleaning machines Quality assurance of completed work according to company procedures The work is performed at various locations, which means you need to be flexible, self-motivated, and have a strong service orientation. Qualifications Requirements Valid driver's license (Category B) Experience in professional facility cleaning Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Merits Experience cleaning offices, schools, or other commercial facilities Experience with machine cleaning Knowledge of Bosnian, Serbian, or Croatian Experience with move-out cleaning We are looking for someone who is: Thorough and quality-conscious Responsible and self-motivated Service-oriented and flexible Punctual and reliable Employment Terms Part-time from 50% with good opportunities for increased hours Work location: Västerås or Strängnäs and surrounding areas Start date: By agreement Selection and interviews are ongoing, so please submit your application as soon as possible.
