ISS is one of the world's largest service companies and this year we're celebrating 80 years in Sweden! With over 6,500 employees across the country, from north to south, we deliver services that make a difference. We offer our customers everything from cleaning to technical services, food and workplace services. We create workplaces where people thrive, businesses grow, and where sustainability is a given – socially, environmentally, and commercially. Our employees are the heart of what we do – and essential to ensuring our customers feel safe, seen – and for their workplaces to flourish.
ISS is seeking an engaged and positive facility attendant who is passionate about service. Do you want to be part of delivering world-class service? Then we think you should apply for our Facility Attendant position at ISS!
About the role
As a Facility Attendant, you and your colleagues play an important role in ensuring the overall experience in the customer's premises. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You will primarily work with cleaning the customer's premises, as well as other tasks that may arise such as conference services, refilling water/coffee machines, and plant care.
The position is part-time at approximately 5 hours/week with potential for increased hours. The placement location is Strängnäs.
What we offer
You will work alongside competent colleagues from whom you will gain great value, as we care about helping and developing one another. ISS's size and broad service offerings provide good opportunities for development both nationally and globally. Our focus is on taking care of and developing our employees, because we believe in "People make places". ISS offers training and development opportunities – all to help you engage and grow with ISS in the long term.
We value diversity and inclusion highly. At ISS, all people are equally valued and have the same rights and opportunities. Our employees reflect the diversity of society, which is both a competitive advantage and an asset in our long-term sustainability work. Our inclusive corporate culture strengthens our employees, makes us more creative and productive, and creates a more attractive workplace.
ISS values, which are fundamental to how we work, are quality, responsibility, integrity, entrepreneurship, and community. Therefore, it's important that you feel you stand for a way of working and an approach that aligns with these.
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and takes initiative. You enjoy your role as a company representative and share ISS's commitment to delivering world-class service. This means you should have a high level of service, good oversight of your cleaning area, and can suggest improvements to the customer. It's important that you're responsive to the customer's needs. You find it easy to build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Additionally, you have the ability to collaborate as the work can be both individual and in groups.
We would like to see that you have experience from service professions or industry experience. It's important that you speak Swedish fluently. A high school diploma is a requirement. A B driver's license is good, but not required.
