Ädelfors folkhögskola is seeking a facilities attendant at 100% who wants to help create clean, pleasant and welcoming environments at our school as well as in our hotel and conference operations. Job Responsibilities Your primary tasks are cleaning and facilities maintenance in the school's premises, hotel rooms and common areas. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our facilities maintain a high standard and feel clean, pleasant and welcoming for our participants, guests and staff. The work is varied and requires you to be able to switch between different types of cleaning and tasks based on the organization's needs. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone who is thorough, service-oriented and responsible. You enjoy working practically and have an eye for order, quality and details. You need to be able to work independently, but also appreciate being part of a team. Since you will interact with participants, guests and staff in your work, a friendly and professional demeanor is important. We would like you to have experience in facilities maintenance, hotel cleaning or similar work. Experience working in hotel or conference operations is a plus. About the Position Extent: 100% Employment Type: Permanent employment, with a 6-month probationary period Working Hours: Varying hours Monday–Sunday. Weekend work is included.
