-Strong organizational and communication skills, independence, attention to detail, and responsible approach, user proficiency with PC work (MS Office) -Experience in logistics or shipping is a plus -Ability to efficiently resolve operational situations -Forklift certification Job Responsibilities: -Communication with customers and production -Ensuring smooth flow of goods between production and customers -Preparation and verification of shipping and warehouse documentation -Collaboration with production on order planning -Managing operational logistics situations -Work in information systems and administrative tasks related to logistics -Retail sales, assistance with loading and unloading goods and raw materials, team cooperation and mutual coverage within the team Personal contact available by prior phone arrangement between 8 AM-12 PM on business days
