About the Position Norbag AB is now recruiting a logistics coordinator who wants to keep the company's transportation operations running smoothly and contribute to efficient and reliable deliveries. You'll have a varied role with many points of contact and significant responsibility in your daily work. This position suits you if you enjoy planning, problem-solving, and handling multiple tasks simultaneously. You'll work closely with both customers, transport providers, and colleagues, becoming an important part of a growing operation. Responsibilities Plan, book, and follow up on national and international transports. Ensure that deliveries meet customer commitments and manage rescheduling when circumstances change. Develop and compare freight rates and contribute to cost-effective transport solutions. Maintain ongoing contact with customers, transport providers, production, and internal departments. Handle documentation related to national and international deliveries. Conduct simple operational procurement and requisition of packaging and other consumable materials. Contribute to developing work methods and creating efficient logistics flows. About You You may have experience from logistics, transport management, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or another field where planning, customer contact, and cost awareness are central. You don't need to know all aspects from the start. What matters most is that you have the ability and willingness to take responsibility for the flow, learn the operations, and drive the work forward. As a person, you are organized, solution-oriented, and quick to adapt. You thrive when things happen fast, keep an overview, and follow up until tasks are completed. You are curious and willing to question work methods when you see a better solution. At the same time, you are communicative and build trust in your interactions with customers, transport providers, and colleagues. Requirements Experience working with logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, planning, or similar coordinating tasks. Strong administrative skills and good digital proficiency. Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Experience working with Microsoft Office. Desirable Qualifications Experience with transport booking or transport management. Experience from manufacturing or other operations with physical material flows. Knowledge of customs handling, freight documents, and delivery terms such as DAP, DDP, and Ex Works. Experience with business systems, preferably Jeeves, and transport provider portals. Experience with simple operational procurement or requisitions. Experience with improvement work in logistics or administration.
