Job Responsibilities Coordination of the company's production and logistics processes Planning and coordination of material supply for production Inventory records and control of material flows Coordination of material movement between warehouse, production, and shipping Preparation and verification of production and shipping documentation Coordination of receipt, assembly, inspection, and shipment of technical equipment Management of related operational and transportation documentation Communication with suppliers, shipping companies, and international partners Working in ERP and internal company information systems Quality control and functionality testing of assembled technical equipment Coordination of a small production team Collaboration with technical and development teams Resolution of operational issues in production, warehouse, and logistics Requirements Secondary education with high school diploma Experience in production, logistics, warehouse management, or technical operations Experience with inventory records and material flow management Experience with ERP or other enterprise information systems Good user proficiency in Google, MS Office Ability to work with technical and operational documentation Organizational skills and ability to coordinate a small team Independence in solving operational problems English language at least B2 level Technical thinking and ability to navigate technical equipment Advantages Experience with assembly or inspection of technical equipment Experience with quality control and functional testing of equipment Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems Basic knowledge of Bash/Python/C scripting Basic knowledge of computer networks Employee Benefits: • Meal vouchers • Other benefits • Contributions • Bonuses • Paid time off Employer consent to employee card
