Position Details: Ensuring efficient communication with our suppliers to achieve first-class services and cost-effective solutions for our customers. Managing a database of logistic information. Work is conducted exclusively on PC, with required proficiency in MS Office at an advanced user level. Providing first-class customer service through efficient, timely, and accurate communication with all external and internal customers. Communicative knowledge of English in both spoken and written form at B2 level is required. Customer-oriented approach and professional demeanor; experience in Customer Care is a plus.
