About the Company
We at Effektiv are now looking for machine operators for our client in the food industry, our client is located in Varberg. The company is a leader in its field where they produce mayonnaise-based products, such as dips, salads and sauces.
What Does the Role Offer?
As part of production, you will work together with colleagues in a team responsible for production. Your work tasks will include:
- Operating the machines to ensure quality production
- Refilling material so the machines can run for most of the work shift
- Packaging of produced material
- Other tasks such as maintaining a clean and orderly workplace
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working physically, enjoys being part of a team working toward common goals, and who also takes personal responsibility. You see yourself as flexible and strive to achieve the goals that are set. In addition to this, you have a good work ethic and good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. If you have education or previous work experience in the food industry, that is highly meriting, but not required.
