As a live agent, you'll work with support related to Fortnox financial services, such as invoice services, invoice purchasing, and collection services. You are an important contact point for both companies using Fortnox services and their customers, which means you'll handle cases of varying complexity.
You'll work with incoming cases via phone, chat, and email, where phone calls are a central part of the work. The role involves guiding customers, answering questions about invoices and payments, and handling cases in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
Work is carried out toward set goals, both at individual and team level, and you'll become part of a team that works closely with functions such as finance, credit, AML, and collections.
Job responsibilities in brief:
Handle incoming customer cases via phone, chat, and email
Answer questions related to invoices, payments, and financial services
Investigate and follow up on cases in internal systems
Ensure professional and solution-oriented customer service
Contribute to improvements in working methods and customer experience
This is a direct recruitment, which means StudentConsulting handles the recruitment process but you'll be directly employed by Fortnox. The position is full-time with immediate start, and working hours are during office hours. Location is central Malmö.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone with service experience who enjoys a role with daily customer contact. You're confident in your communication and can adapt your approach to different situations.
You work in a structured manner, are solution-oriented, and are used to handling a fast pace with multiple cases in parallel. You express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English. If you also have a basic understanding of accounting or bookkeeping, that's a merit.
As a person, you're responsible, collaborative, and have a clear customer focus. You thrive in a role with recurring tasks and a high volume of incoming cases.
