NBS Air Force announces a job competition for a position for an indefinite period RECORDS MANAGER Duties: Organize, register documents and determine their routing to ensure informational support at various document management stages, coordinate timely further circulation of approved documents; Develop and maintain a file nomenclature within the Air Force; Arrange documents in accordance with the approved file nomenclature and instructions within the Air Force; Advise officials on document formatting requirements, document circulation, and nomenclature development; Ensure document availability until transfer to archives in accordance with the developed file nomenclature, organize and ensure document destruction in accordance with procedures specified in regulatory documents; Organize and manage Air Force archival work: perform description of permanently retained and personnel documents in accordance with the Law on Archives and other regulatory documents; Update and maintain the Air Force records management electronic database in accordance with the latest information; Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor. Requirements: Secondary education; Experience in records management and archiving; Knowledge of records management and archiving regulatory acts; Ability to use MS Office software at an experienced user level and the electronic document management system NAMEJS; State language proficiency at C1 level; Ability to use information and communication technologies; Good communication and interpersonal skills, high sense of duty and responsibility; English language knowledge at B1 level to work with documents in English and, if necessary, provide responses within the scope of responsibility. Preferences in candidate selection will be considered: Education in records management; Work experience in a state institution; Skills in working with DVS NAMEJS; Work experience in records management and archiving. We Offer: Salary from 1292 EUR to 1458 EUR (gross), depending on the length of professional experience acquired in the last five years and civil education. Social guarantees in accordance with those established in the public administration (including health insurance); Responsible and dynamic work in a united and professional team. Work location: Lielvārde, NBS "Aviation Base". Important - to perform this position, you will need to obtain clearance for special authorization to access state secrets in accordance with the second and third parts of Article 9 of the Law "On State Secrets".
