Företagsväxter is now seeking a new team member for its location in Göteborg. In this role, you'll have a varied workday—some days delivering fruit baskets to the company's customers, and other days producing and preparing fruit baskets at the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving a van and delivering fruit baskets to company customers - Following delivery routes and completing daily deliveries - Producing and packing fruit baskets at the warehouse - Picking and handling fruit and other goods - Helping with whatever needs to be done at the warehouse You'll be part of a small team that works closely together, helps one another, and maintains a positive atmosphere with high spirits. The work is practical and suits you if you like staying active during the workday and don't want to sit still. Prior experience in warehouse, production, or similar roles is not required. You'll receive on-site training and learn the work as you go. Personal Profile For us, your personality and attitude matter most. You are someone who: - Has a positive attitude and enjoys contributing to a good atmosphere - Is responsible and arrives on time - Enjoys practical and physical work - Likes variety and appreciates that workdays can look different - Is helpful and enjoys working together with others - Can work independently when needed - Wants to find long-term work where you can develop together with the company You must have a B driving license. A manual transmission license is a plus, but an automatic transmission license works fine too. If you have a forklift certification (Class A), that's an advantage but not required. We'd like to see an interest in sports or community activities, but what matters most is that you're someone who enjoys working, collaborating, and bringing positive energy. Other Information Start: Immediately Scope: Full-time Work hours: Monday–Friday, 06.00–14.30 Location: Göteborg/Partille The position begins as a staffing assignment via PerformIQ for six months. For the right person, there is a good opportunity for continued employment directly with Företagsväxter thereafter. Selection and interviews are conducted on a rolling basis. We'd like you to be able to start immediately, as the current team member leaves in early October and training will be scheduled accordingly.
