RESPONSIBILITIES: pedagogical work including preparation of study materials and educational resources, teaching in seminars, practical classes and laboratory exercises in general foundational subjects, supervising bachelor's theses in psychology, creative activities including research and development tasks as directed. Participation in project solutions as a team member in psychology, publication activities and professional development.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS: completed master's or bachelor's degree in psychology, professional and publication activity in the field, pedagogical education and/or teaching experience preferred, required Czech language proficiency at native speaker level, required English language proficiency at B2 level (may be verified during personal interview), criminal, civil and moral integrity, independence, responsibility.
EMPLOYMENT TERMS: 1 x 40% (16 h/week); 3x 30% (9 h/week) and 2x 20% (8 h/week), or by agreement, employment contract for a fixed term until 31.10.2029 with possibility of extension. START DATE: 1.11.2026/by agreement.
SALARY RANGE: salary grade A1, expected salary: 13,240 Kč/month (40% position); 9,930 Kč/month (30% position); 6,620 Kč/month (20% position), possibility of personal bonus after probation period based on work performance evaluation.
