CAP PRO ŠKOLY ANNOUNCES A JOB SELECTION PROCESS FOR THE POSITION OF INSTRUCTOR/LECTURER OF PRIMARY PREVENTION PROGRAMS You are the right person for us if: - You enjoy working with people - specifically with school-age children and educators; - you have a university degree in pedagogy and social sciences focused on pedagogy, psychology, addictology, social work, law, education, etc.; - you are a recent graduate eager to gain experience in preventing risky behavior, or you already have experience leading a school class/group and are interested in topics related to risky behavior in children and adolescents; - you are interested in addictology; - you enjoy continuous learning; - you believe in an open and respectful approach to others and the world; - you can work creatively in a team and independently, act flexibly and communicate openly, you are reliable, active, and able to bring new ideas, you have self-reflection skills and an interest in further professional development; - you have computer and modern communication technology skills; - you have completed further training focused on developing skills for working with people (advantageous); - you are an active driver - group B driver's license (required). We offer you: - work at 0.8 - 1.0 FTE as a maternity leave substitute; - work focused on leading programs for class collectives and their educators, work with teachers as part of providing comprehensive primary prevention services for risky behavior; - 34,000,- to 38,000,- CZK depending on education level and experience at 1.0 FTE; - 25 days of vacation and 5 sick days; - support from a professionally specialized organization, work under supervision, further training and support for professional development; - coffee maker at the workplace.
