- Minimum secondary education with a pedagogical focus; advantageous: completed or ongoing university studies in pedagogy, special education, psychology, addiction studies, healthcare, or social work, - Experience working with children and young people (schools, camps, clubs), - Desire to speak in front of audiences and ability to engage them, - Empathy, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, - Independence, time flexibility, responsibility, and reliability, - Willingness to continue learning, - User-level knowledge of PC skills, Group B driver's license. - Motivation letter - Structured curriculum vitae - Declaration of good moral character
