Welcome to Handen Health Center and Dalarö branch clinic! We are now seeking a licensed physician with a focus on general medicine. Handen Health Center is a large and pleasant health center with many wonderful colleagues. Our work is characterized by SLSO's Vision – Right care when and where you need it. Handen Health Center is located near Haninge center, with restaurants, grocery stores, and good public transportation. We have rehabilitation and child health services. In Dalarö, in a beautiful archipelago environment, we have a branch clinic. Handen Health Center is growing and currently has approximately 21,700 registered patients. We have integrated home care with approximately 200 enrolled patients with a responsible home care physician. A psychosocial team with psychologist, psychotherapist, social workers, and rehabilitation coordinator. Two foot care specialists. Nurse-led clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, hypertension, osteoporosis, elderly care, and weight management. We have a minor orthopedic clinic in collaboration with a physiotherapist and a minor acute clinic with close collaboration with the nearby emergency clinic. We operate an SMO clinic (coordinated medical care for people with disabilities). We are one of four clinics in Stockholm. We work in a well-functioning team with physicians, rehabilitation coordinator, district nurses, clinic nurses, social workers, assistant nurses, foot care specialists, and medical secretaries to create good continuity for our patients. In our work, we use Tele Q, chat, and video visits, and TakeCare as our patient record system.
