About CREATIVE KIDS FÖRSKOLA/PRESCHOOL
Creative Kids Förskola/Preschool is a Swedish/English-speaking preschool. At our preschool, we work thematically to stimulate children's early learning. Through enjoyable, exploratory, and creative activities, we create conditions for development, curiosity, and a lifelong interest in learning. We also organize many cultural outings, such as visits to theaters and museums. With us, you'll work in a small, family-like preschool with small groups of children. We currently have approximately 32 children at the preschool divided into two departments, which creates favorable conditions for close relationships with both children and guardians. You will be part of an engaged team alongside two experienced and competent childcare professionals. The preschool has an excellent location with a streetcar stop right outside, making it easy to commute to and from the workplace.

Your Responsibilities
As a preschool teacher with us, you are responsible for leading and developing the pedagogical work in the children's group based on the preschool's curriculum. You plan, implement, document, and follow up on activities together with your team.
Our preschool places great emphasis on "treatment," so that each child is treated where they are right now. Each child should feel seen every day. We see each child as competent, curious, and full of desire to discover and learn. Our goal is to develop and adapt our environment based on the child's needs. To ensure the quality of our operation, we use pedagogical documentation, reflection, discussions, and professional development.
