Auditiva was started in response to long wait times in Östergötland healthcare with a belief in making a difference by increasing access to hearing care. Customers regularly tell us how great the need is and show tremendous gratitude for the high accessibility by recommending us to their family and friends, which means our already fully booked calendar is constantly being filled.
Auditiva operates on behalf of Region Östergötland to provide primary hearing rehabilitation, which is the main focus of our operations.
No sales requirements – high accessibility and customer satisfaction are our focus.
The clinic is centrally located in a newly renovated space and equipped with the latest tools for diagnostics and hearing aid fitting, as well as systems to simplify and reduce administrative tasks.
With us, it's genuinely small-scale: short decision paths, close collaboration, and great professional trust. We place great emphasis on high accessibility for our customers – they should get help quickly, clear information, and reliable care.
Since the operation is new, you have a unique opportunity to help shape it. NOTE: Solo work may occur.
Your Responsibilities
You are expected to work independently across several different areas.
· Hearing rehabilitation – (needs assessments, hearing aid trials, adjustment visits, evaluations).
· Follow-up care – (service visits, follow-up visits)
· Consultation
· Hearing protection
· Sales of consumables
· Receipt and registration of shipments
· Customer and supplier contact via email and phone.
The work provides daily variety and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with both customers and colleagues in the hearing care industry.
Auditiva strives for good contacts and aims to take responsibility in comprehensive hearing care in Östergötland. We have good relationships with hearing aid suppliers, interest organizations, and Hearing Care Region Östergötland.
We Are Looking For You As Someone Who
Is a licensed audiologist
Enjoys independent work and taking responsibility
Has a genuine patient focus and good communication skills
Is organized but flexible
Experience is an advantage, but we also welcome those new to the profession who want to develop quickly in a safe environment.
