BUP is organizationally part of the Children and Young Adults area and is a resource for all of Region Jämtland Härjedalen, located in Östersund, Köpmangatan 24. We are co-located with child and youth habilitation, parent and child health services and adult habilitation. The unit consists of approximately 120 employees who, based on a team-based interdisciplinary approach, work to identify, prevent, alleviate and cure mental health issues in children and young people aged 0-17 years. At BUP you are offered external supervision and internal support in your professional role with both supervisors and mentors within the unit. We design individual planning for skills development and have joint introduction weeks for new employees. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS As a psychologist, you will be part of one of our five general psychiatric outpatient teams. The team includes psychologists, social workers, psychiatric nurses, behavioral scientists and physicians. We are looking for a psychologist who wants to work with the full spectrum of child psychiatric assessment and treatment. The work also includes providing consultation to partner care providers such as schools, social services and student health services. We would appreciate if you are interested in leading groups. QUALIFICATIONS Licensed Psychologist. Experience from work in child and adolescent psychiatry and trauma treatment is a merit. Likewise, specialist expertise in neuropsychology, psychological treatment, or clinical child and adolescent psychology. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: expires: 2027-12-31.
