Then this combined role as physiotherapist/ergonomist and rehabilitation coordinator might be right for you! Position at Falck in Ystad. As a Physiotherapist at Falck Health and Working Life, you work consultatively and value-creating in cross-functional teams consisting of, in addition to a physiotherapist, company doctors, behavioral scientists, occupational health nurses, administrators, and others who all work collaboratively with our customers and their employees with excellent results. You work in a broader perspective than solely focusing on the patient and have the opportunity to influence through contact with the employer. This can range from health examinations, assessment and treatment of work-related complaints, suggestions for workplace adaptation at the individual level, to assessments of the workplace's ergonomic conditions at group and organizational level, customer-tailored training and development of health-promoting initiatives for physical exercise and stress management. You are therefore part of creating a sustainable working life at the societal level! You will work with, among other things: • Assessment and treatment/advice regarding the musculoskeletal system and stress • Load ergonomic mapping and risk assessment at both individual and group level • Occupational health training • Coordinate and collaborate with different actors in the rehabilitation process both externally and within Falck • Planning and coordination of rehabilitation plans developed to actively promote return to work • Support and close collaboration with managers and HR at the customer company to ensure the process moves forward Qualifications: • Licensed physiotherapist • Strong experience from clinical work; assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal complaints and rehabilitation issues • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. • Experience with administration • Experience and ability to work in systems and interest in delivering both physically and through digital tools Meritorious: • Ergonomics training • Experience from corporate health services, consultative work, or business operations • Experience with TIPPA, MEBA, or other assessment tools. • Experience in rehabilitation coordination/rehabilitation management We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in people, their health and working environment.
