What Does the Role Offer? As a Lead Installation Technician at Projektrör Väst, you'll have a central role on projects. You're responsible for driving the work forward, coordinating different trades, and ensuring the project stays on schedule and maintains quality. You're not just a leader – you're part of the team and pitch in where needed. Example Responsibilities: Drive and plan daily work on projects Coordinate work with other trades such as electricians and HVAC technicians Ensure quality, progress, and work environment standards Actively participate in practical work alongside the team Communicate with project management and contribute to efficient solutions Manage material planning and organize the work site Who Are You? We're looking for someone with several years of experience as a plumber/HVAC technician in contracting who is ready to take, or has already taken, the step toward a more leadership-focused role. You've likely managed your own projects or held significant responsibility at work sites. You're a team player with natural leadership qualities. You enjoy taking responsibility, planning, and getting others to work toward the same goals. At the same time, you're unpretentious and not afraid to do hands-on work yourself. We also believe you have a genuine interest in your trade and enjoy going to work – something that rubs off on the rest of the team.
