Would you like to be part of developing PostNord Sweden's work with learning, skills development, and leadership? We are looking for someone who is passionate about leadership development, continuous learning, and long-term skills development. As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will work across the entire chain, from identifying needs and developing concepts to building training programs and other development initiatives, as well as facilitating and delivering them yourself. Our leaders and employees are located in many different places throughout the country, and a large portion of our development initiatives are therefore conducted digitally. This requires you to create learning that engages, involves, and delivers results even when participants are not in the same room. About the Role You will have a central role in developing PostNord Sweden's work with learning and development. In close collaboration with the business, you will identify needs and translate them into relevant concepts, approaches, and development initiatives that create impact and contribute to business development. In this role, you will work closely with Group HR and other companies, contributing PostNord Sweden's needs and perspective to the group-wide work on leadership development. You will adapt common frameworks and initiatives to solutions that work in the Swedish business. You will, among other things: Develop modern and business-relevant concepts within learning, skills, and leadership development Build training programs, workshops, modules, and other development initiatives based on identified needs Facilitate and deliver training and development initiatives for different target groups Find smart and engaging ways to create digital learning in a geographically dispersed organization Contribute to structure and coordination within learning and development Ensure that our initiatives support the business strategy, culture, change agenda, and future skills needs Support business units, managers, and HR with specialist expertise in learning, skills development, and leadership development Initiate and drive development initiatives together with different parts of the organization Follow up on the impact of our initiatives and use data and feedback for continuous improvement Monitor external trends and identify new ways to work with learning and development Who You Are Strategic and results-driven, with the ability to translate business needs into concrete and effective development solutions Communicative and engaging, with excellent skills in facilitating, creating engagement, and building consensus Organized and clear, with the ability to create direction and momentum in complex situations with many stakeholders and dependencies You are unique, and we place great importance on your personal qualities What You Bring Relevant academic education Several years of experience in qualified work with leadership development at both strategic and operational levels, as well as experience with learning and skills development Experience in independently developing and implementing development concepts and programs in a larger organization Experience in driving skills development initiatives together with managers, HR, and other stakeholders Solid knowledge of leadership development, change management, team development, and methods for learning and skills development Relevant certification in, for example, leadership development, facilitation, coaching, or learning is a plus Why We ExistPostNord is one of Sweden's oldest and largest companies, and we have an important mission to society: ensuring postal services to businesses and individuals throughout Sweden.
