Lead complex product development projects for customized heavy vehicles and contribute to next-generation sustainable transportation solutions. Do you want to lead complex product development in heavy vehicles? Here you'll drive cross-functional projects from early concept to industrialization and contribute to innovative solutions in sustainable transportation. About the role Leading project management role in product development for customized vehicles. Responsibility for projects with high complexity and clear business impact. Work closely with engineering, procurement, production, and business functions. Focus on solutions including electrification, alternative fuels, automation, and connectivity. What you'll do Lead cross-functional teams toward agreed deliverables. Drive projects from feasibility study and development to industrialization. Plan, monitor, and manage schedule, cost, quality, and risks. Create alignment across involved functions and report project status to management. Develop efficient approaches for shorter lead times and high delivery quality. What we're looking for At least eight years of relevant experience in complex project management. At least five years of experience with heavy vehicles, including both hardware and software. Broad technical understanding within the transportation or automotive industry. Relevant degree from a university or higher education institution, such as a degree in engineering. Experience from the defense sector, tender work, or working with military requirements is a plus. Technology & Tools Product development for heavy vehicles. Hardware and software in vehicle systems. Project management, risk management, and technical requirements management. PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus. Practical information Location: Göteborg. Work arrangement: Not specified.
