Your New Job In the role of Lock Technician at Bravida, you work independently performing installations of locks, fittings, door automation, and locking systems for our customers. If you enjoy working with modern technology and providing excellent service, this is the position for you. No two days are alike! In this job, you will install security solutions for our customers. Your responsibilities will include: Installation of all products within the locks category. Actively working to create, maintain, and develop customer relationships Participating in Bravida's improvement initiatives Daily contact with our customers Investigations/troubleshooting and action proposals You will be responsible for performing each assignment according to our high standards of quality and safety. The work involves both technical problem-solving and extensive customer contact. You have a B driver's license. We consider it a merit if you have worked in the aftermarket sector. As a person, you are responsible and driven. You build long-term relationships with our customers and contribute with a service-oriented and professional approach. Furthermore, you maintain a high level of activity and collaborate with your colleagues to reach the department's goals. The position may be placed within a security-protected assignment, which means a background check will be conducted before employment.
