About the Position
As a heavy truck mechanic, you work with service, diagnostics, and repair of heavy vehicles, primarily Mercedes-Benz trucks. The work is varied and includes both scheduled workshop tasks and more urgent matters.
Job Responsibilities:
Service and repair of heavy vehicles
Diagnostics of mechanical and electrical systems
Customer-oriented problem-solving in the workshop and, when needed, in the field
Work hours are daytime, Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00. On-call work may occur in the future.
We're Looking for You
We're looking for someone with vehicle technology education and/or previous experience working with vehicles, preferably heavy vehicles or similar mechanical work. To succeed in this role, we believe you have good technical understanding and enjoy problem-solving in practical work.
Requirements:
Vehicle technology education or equivalent work experience
B driver's license
Previous experience with mechanical work
It is advantageous if you have experience with heavy vehicles and a C driver's license.
As a person, you are responsible, thorough, and service-oriented. You work well both independently and with others.
