We are seeking a driven and hands-on apprentice who wants to grow in the ventilation industry. You will work alongside experienced technicians and learn everything from ventilation installation to advanced sealing and leak testing. You don't need prior experience – what matters most is that you're hardworking, meticulous, and enjoy technical work. Job Responsibilities Assist with installation and sealing of ventilation ducts Help with sealing and Ventilflex work Participate in leak testing and documentation Install/disassemble ducts and components Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas Basic customer contact on-site We Are Looking for You If You Are hands-on and enjoy working with your hands Have a strong work ethic and arrive on time Are meticulous and want to learn a trade Hold a B-class driver's license (desirable but not required) Thrive with varied workdays and problem-solving
