SiS youth home Klarälvsgården accepts non-compulsory school boys with psychosocial problems as well as criminal behavior and substance abuse. We are tasked with accepting boys with an extended need for psychiatric interventions.
Job Description

At SiS youth home Klarälvsgården, an in-house school operates in combination with treatment for youth in full-time care. Collaboration between the school and the departments is of central importance for how well we succeed in motivating young people to turn a negative development into something that can lead to better conditions for a good life. The school consists of a principal, teachers, and a special education teacher who, in collaboration, plan, teach, evaluate, and develop the school's work at the institution. A student health team also exists. The institution also operates its own health care with a nurse and psychologist.
Qualifications
We are seeking a substitute teacher with certification in various primary and secondary school subjects as well as pedagogy who can cover for regular teachers as needed. Students, active teachers, and retired teachers are welcome to apply for the position.

A driver's license for a car is a requirement as the work sometimes involves travel between or outside the institution.
Teacher certification, teaching experience, and knowledge of and experience working with children with neurodevelopmental disorders is meritorious.
