The school currently has 17 educators working in close collaboration with 36 students from grades 4 to 9. Job Responsibilities As an employee at the resource school, you will work in a two-teacher system with small student groups of 6-8 students. In our two-teacher system, you will always plan, implement, and evaluate instruction together with a colleague. The school has enhanced student support services, and all staff at the school work in close collaboration with our student welfare team. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability, and in addition to strong pedagogical skills, we would like to see that you enjoy developing and learning new things together with colleagues and students. For this role, you also need to be comfortable working in team settings and have the ability to build good relationships with colleagues, students, and guardians.
