DUTIES Racklöfska School is located in the center of Järpen in Åre Municipality, Jämtland County. The school has approximately 150 students from preschool through grade 6. The school is directly adjacent to excellent cross-country skiing trails, ice hall, swimming hall, and sports hall. The municipal library is within walking distance of the school. The school's location is ideal for school activities with proximity to sports, nature, and culture. The schoolyard offers excellent opportunities for activities including street basketball, climbing structures, swings, a small forest area, a sports arena with artificial grass, sledding hill, grilling area, and a large soccer field. The school is directly adjacent to "Verket" - an activity area with, among other things, cycling and skateparks. Several outdoor days are spent on our nearby mountains. The school is organized into three work teams: F-3, 4-6, and after-school care. At Racklöfska School, we work to ensure everyone feels good, both students and staff. Racklöfska and Stamgärde Schools are seeking a shared crafts teacher starting school year 26/27, primarily with a textile crafts assignment. In your role as a crafts teacher, you shall work together with the team on quality in pedagogical work and participate in development work with other teachers. The work includes overall responsibility for students' social and academic development. You take responsibility for systematically documenting, analyzing, evaluating, and following up on student learning. QUALIFICATIONS • We are looking for you who is a qualified crafts teacher. • You have a strong ability to work both independently and in collaboration with students, guardians, colleagues, and school leadership. • We believe you have very strong ability to work both goal-oriented and solution-focused based on current regulations and that the child's best interests are always in your focus. As a person, you enjoy collaborating, feel secure even in challenging situations, and can easily adapt to different types of tasks and situations. You often find win-win solutions through an unpretentious focus on the common goal. You communicate clearly and can easily separate the issue from the person.
