Byängsskolan is an independent F-9 primary school with approximately 800 students and over 100 employees. The school is centrally located in Täby with good transportation connections to and from the school. In January 2027, we will undergo an exciting move to the other side of the railway line in the newly built area Täby Park. At that time, Byängsskolan will also change its name to Täby Parkskolan. Regardless of name, our educators are ambitious and committed to creating an educational and safe school environment for all. The Olweus Program, which is a scientifically evaluated program against bullying and harassment, forms the foundation of our comprehensive values-based work. Together with all students, all staff, and guardians, we work to promote and prevent issues so that all students feel safe. When we move into our new school, we will launch a new after-school program for our students in grades 4-6. We are now looking for you to help build and develop our after-school program for middle elementary grades together with colleagues and students—a place where students enjoy themselves, are active in their learning, develop their abilities, and feel included. In your role as a teacher for the after-school program/after-school educator, you will work in the after-school program and together with your colleagues plan, implement, and develop the program and instruction based on curriculum guidelines. You will also collaborate with the school, including working in classrooms during lessons and supervising students during breaks. You will have great opportunities to put your own mark on the content and test your thoughts and ideas together with your colleagues. We recruit and hire on an ongoing basis.
