Welding Instructor Employer: TeknikAkademin Norden AB Scope: Full-time / Part-time Start: By agreement About the Role TeknikAkademin Norden AB is seeking a welding instructor who wants to educate the next generation of welders and industrial specialists. As an educator, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and developing instruction in welding, materials science, and blueprint reading. You help students develop both practical and theoretical knowledge according to industry standards. Your Responsibilities Teach welding and welding techniques Instruct various welding methods and materials knowledge Introduce blueprint reading, measurement techniques, and quality control Guide students in practical welding tasks and workshop work Connect theory to practical applications and industry requirements About You Have professional experience as a welder or welding technician Have solid knowledge of common welding methods, materials, and blueprint reading Have experience with quality control and safe work practices Are pedagogical, organized, and communicative Have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Meritorious: Experience in teaching or mentoring, as well as valid welding certifications.
