Instructor in Predictive Maintenance Employer: TeknikAkademin Norden AB Scope: Full-time / Part-time Start date: By agreement About the role TeknikAkademin Norden AB is seeking an experienced maintenance technician, maintenance engineer, or specialist in predictive maintenance with a strong understanding of data-driven and digitalized maintenance. The role encompasses predictive maintenance, data collection, real-time analysis, and the use of modern techniques to monitor and analyze machine health. Your responsibilities Work with the fundamentals of predictive maintenance and its principles Data collection, real-time analysis, and the use of sensors and IoT Machine learning and AI for forecasting and decision support Digital and virtual twins for simulation and analysis Machine health and its connection to environment and economics Maintenance economics, cost analysis, and sustainability benefits Digital documentation, reporting, and presentation of maintenance data Planning and implementation of predictive maintenance strategies What we're looking for You have experience in maintenance, predictive maintenance, or a related technical field You have a good understanding of data collection, sensors, and IoT in industrial environments You have experience analyzing maintenance data and machine health You have an understanding of AI, machine learning, or digital twins You have a good understanding of maintenance economics and sustainability aspects You are pedagogical, organized, and clear in your communication You have strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Additional qualifications: Experience in teaching or mentoring.
