Responsibilities As a teacher, you work to help students develop their full potential – both academically and socially. You support, motivate, and stimulate each student to meet learning objectives based on their individual circumstances. Your work includes lesson planning, instruction, assessment, and evaluation and development of educational activities, in accordance with the school's governing documents. We are a learning organization that promotes knowledge exchange, where you work in an environment characterized by collegial learning and development. Together with colleagues, you work to create a good teaching and working environment for both students and staff. You also contribute to quality and development initiatives at the school. Qualifications Requirements: Teacher certification Qualification to teach German at gymnasium level Experience teaching German at gymnasium level Familiarity with using digital tools for communication and teaching Solid understanding of the school's objectives and governing documents Excellent Swedish, both spoken and written. Merits: Qualification to teach other subjects. We are looking for someone who is confident in the teaching role and creates favorable conditions for student learning and development. You adapt instruction to students' and groups' circumstances and prior knowledge through a creative approach and excellent pedagogical skills.
