JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a substitute teacher in wood crafts who wants to become part of our operations at Strömstiernaskolan. You plan instruction and take a formative approach where you adapt your planning based on student development and results.
Through clear leadership, you engage students in both your teaching and your planning so that a safe and accessible learning environment is created. We use Vklass as our digital learning platform for communication and documentation. The role includes mentoring a class that you will share with a colleague.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is a certified teacher in crafts and has experience in teaching and assessment in the subject. Digital competence is a requirement for managing information, documentation, and is a natural part of teaching.
As a person, you collaborate easily and see it as a given to work collegially on lesson planning. You interact with students, colleagues, and guardians in a responsive way.
You are calm and stable and have the ability to create a safe environment for all students. We also see that you are curious and want to develop in your work. Your creativity inspires others and creates engagement and motivates learning. You like to contribute ideas and new ways of thinking to advance the operation. If you also have a good ability to build strong relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues, we look forward to your application!
