DUTIES Teaching in textile and preferably visual arts. You will work with planning, implementation, and assessment of instruction. At the school, we work systematically with values education based on the curriculum Lgr22. As a teacher with us, you will be part of a team where you work with colleagues to contribute to the school's development and together strive to develop and reach established goals. You differentiate your instruction and create accessible learning environments for the group so that all students learn and develop. Working as a teacher is about constantly developing based on the students we meet. You should have good pedagogical competence and be well-versed in primary school's governing documents. QUALIFICATIONS You should be a certified teacher in textiles, preferably with certification in visual arts. You see yourself as a strong pedagogical leader who is passionate about developing instruction. You should have a work approach where student participation and flexibility are a natural part. You are a good classroom leader with clarity in communication, goals, and results. You have qualities that include both structure and creativity. Great importance is placed on personal suitability and ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
