Kunskapsskolan in Norrköping is a primary school for grades 6-9. The school is located on Knäppingborgsgatan in central Norrköping near restaurants, shops, and beautiful Strömsparken. The school has approximately 490 students, evenly distributed across the four grade levels. For every student to reach their full potential, we need skilled teachers with great dedication to their students. At Kunskapsskolan, we always put the individual at the center and therefore seek someone who consistently works actively to help your students succeed. In addition to being a subject teacher, you are also a personal mentor to about twenty students and meet with them weekly in mentoring sessions. You help them plan and set goals for their studies and follow up on these goals together with both the students and their guardians.
At Kunskapsskolan, we practice clear teamwork. You are never alone with challenges and questions. We help each other plan work in subject teams and across teams. There is great openness among teachers and we share collective responsibility for our students.

Qualifications
We seek a certified teacher in Swedish and Swedish as Second Language for grades 6-9. You should be well acquainted with LGR-22 and formative assessment.
Desirable Qualifications
We would like you to have several years of experience in teaching, mentoring, or coaching. We want you to be collaborative with colleagues, students, and guardians and to be solution-focused.
