Duties As a teacher at Aroseniusskolan, you conduct modern and creative instruction, where you find strategies to reach each student and strengthen them in both knowledge development and personal development. When motivation is there, learning is easy, which is why we want you to work with variety in instruction with great commitment so that each student finds their energy. You will teach grades 7–9 independently and sometimes together with colleagues, both in full classes and in smaller groups. As a teacher with us, you are part of one of the work teams at the school and a subject team based on your qualifications. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a certified teacher and are assessed as suitable after selection and interview. You have high ambitions for your teaching work and enjoy working toward shared goals and visions. You are a team player who appreciates collaboration and a student-democratic approach. You have a strong ability to create and maintain relationships with both children, young people, and adults, and you understand the importance of meeting students with both boundaries and support. You are clear in your leadership and confident in your professional role toward students, parents, and colleagues. You reflect on methods and approaches and strive to develop as a teacher. You also have good experience with and knowledge of working with relevant digital tools. Permanent employment starting week 45 or by agreement.
