You will teach in an environment where strong relationships, participation and respect are at the core of instruction. Main Responsibilities Plan, implement and evaluate instruction in home and consumer studies, using pedagogical methods that promote both learning and creativity. Adapt instruction based on students' different needs and circumstances. Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to create a safe and inclusive learning environment. Support students in developing practical skills such as cooking, consumer knowledge and sustainable lifestyle. Actively contribute to the school's systematic quality work. Requirements We are looking for someone who is committed, solution-focused and passionate about meeting each student where they are. You enjoy collaboration and are a good team player who takes initiative and responsibility. To be a successful candidate, you need to meet the following requirements: Teacher certification with qualifications in home and consumer studies. Ability to plan and implement varied and inclusive instruction. Knowledge of various pedagogical methods and tools for meeting individual needs. Strong communication and collaboration skills. It is meritorious if you have experience working with students with extensive support needs. Employment Type, Scope and Start Date Employment Type: Permanent Scope: Full-time Start Date: By agreement For this role, the starting salary is normally between 41 000 - 43 000 kr depending on experience and qualifications.
