The after-school program has three sections: preschool class and grade 1, grades 2-3, and grades 4-6. 1 position(s). You are driven, interested in development work, and want to help create an after-school program where teaching stimulates students' development and learning and offers students meaningful leisure time. You work to create an environment where students meet teachers and teaching that can inspire desire and motivation to learn and develop. Teaching is accessible to all students' needs and maintains high quality. Your duties include planning, implementing, and evaluating pedagogical work, both individually and in collaboration with your work team and other colleagues. You are responsible for creating and maintaining good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. Your duties include ongoing contact with guardians. During the school day, you have an important role during breaks and contribute to increased break activities, including through movement initiatives in the school. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are trained and licensed teacher with a focus on working in an after-school program. As a person, you are driven, courageous, and dare to challenge yourself to continuously learn and develop. You have good digital skills that are visible in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of teaching, which provides accessibility for colleagues, students, and guardians. In your role, you are a good role model. You are a relationship builder with the ability to motivate and support students in finding their inner motivation for learning and development. Since communication with children, guardians, and colleagues is a major part of the assignment, it is necessary to be proficient in Swedish language in both speech and writing. Multilingualism is an asset. Furthermore, it is desirable if you have leadership qualities and experience with development work together with others based on set goals.
