In Robertsfors Municipality's preschools, children meet engaged and reflective educators who see each child as competent, curious, and full of possibilities. We are now seeking preschool teachers for the preschools Lillebo in Överklinten and Ängen in Ånäset. Together with the work team, you create a learning environment where each child can grow at their own pace, explore their surroundings, and feel seen, respected, and included. Your Assignment As a preschool teacher in Robertsfors Municipality, you will have a key role in children's early development and learning. You are responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment where each child can grow and develop based on their unique circumstances. Your work includes: Plan, implement, and follow up on teaching based on the curriculum's goals Create accessible and pedagogical learning environments Build and maintain good relationships with children and guardians Observe, document, and follow up on children's development and learning Actively participate in the organization's development work Work proactively with inclusion and diversity Your Competence and Experience Requirements Certification as a preschool teacher/teacher in preschool, or completed education leading to certification Experience planning, implementing, and following up on teaching based on the curriculum's goals For work in preschool, an extract from the police criminal record is required. The extract must be presented before employment can begin. Meritorious Experience with systematic quality work and documentation Experience working with children in need of special support Knowledge of clarifying pedagogy, visual support, or TAKK Experience with language development approaches Knowledge of norm-critical and inclusive working methods Experience with outdoor pedagogy and sustainable development Experience with project- or theme-based working methods Is This You? The Employment Permanent employment 100%. 3 positions. Salary Range We apply individual and differentiated pay setting. For this position, the salary range is 32,000 - 41,000 kronor per month.
