Description We are now seeking a teacher for grade 5 at Guldhedsskolan for a limited-term assignment during spring 2027! Welcome to Guldhedsskolan where students and knowledge are at the center. Job Responsibilities As a grade 5 teacher, you are responsible for teaching mathematics, Swedish, English, social studies, natural sciences, technology, and visual arts. You plan, implement, follow up on, and evaluate instruction based on students' different needs and conditions, with a focus on creating a safe, stimulating, and developmental learning environment. The assignment includes monitoring and assessing students' knowledge development and working to ensure that each student has the opportunity to develop as far as possible. You collaborate with colleagues on students' learning and development and actively contribute to the collective work of your team. An important part of the assignment is also to build good relationships and maintain professional contact with students' guardians. You are responsible for ongoing information and communication and conduct development conversations. Qualifications We are seeking you as a certified teacher for grade 5 and qualified to teach Swedish and mathematics. It is advantageous if you have additional qualifications to teach English, social studies, natural sciences, technology, and visual arts. As a person, you collaborate well with others by being attentive, showing interest, and treating people with respect. You have a good understanding of the collective mission and actively work to contribute to the best possible results. You bring new ideas and perspectives to the work and to problem-solving. Your curiosity promotes dialogue and questions, and you have the ability to see multiple possible paths forward. You transform creativity into practical action, which leads to concrete results.
