Description Are you ready for meaningful and rewarding work? We are looking for someone interested in working with a special education group for students with autism. You will work in a team consisting of you, a qualified colleague, and two resource teachers. Together you will be responsible for a group of approximately 5 students, primarily in preschool class. Klockarhagsskolan is an F-9 school with approximately 530 students, centrally located in Hällefors. We invest in language and knowledge development as well as NPF training to create the best possible conditions for our students. Here, students have safe and stimulating breaks with guided activities led by our teachers in after-school care. Responsibilities As a teacher for a special education group, you will: Plan, implement, and evaluate pedagogical work together with colleagues. Work closely with your colleagues to create a safe and stimulating learning environment for students. Be a clear leader in the classroom and build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. Work consciously with language stimulation and create accessible learning environments for all students. Assess students' needs and adapt teaching accordingly, and work relationally to promote their learning and development. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a teaching degree, preferably with a focus on special education. You should be well versed in the school's curriculum documents and have the ability to create accessible learning environments. We want you to have: Strong skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. A clear and confident leadership ability in the classroom. Flexibility and a positive attitude toward change and new situations. Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire both students and colleagues. Good collaboration skills and a solution-focused approach. Experience working with and supporting students with NPF, where visual supports are naturally included. Terms This is a permanent full-time position. Great importance is placed on personal suitability, and interviews are conducted on a rolling basis. You must provide a criminal record certificate to be hired.
