Job Responsibilities: - Applies coatings to steel structures - Prepares work areas - Prepares tools, equipment, blasting and spraying apparatus - Carefully uses, maintains and cleans tools, equipment, spraying and blasting apparatus according to operating instructions - Provides and prepares paints, blasting and auxiliary materials - Performs coating tests - Maintains planned quality and productivity as communicated by supervisor on the assigned work - Uses only approved work clothing, footwear and personal protective equipment - Cleans work areas - Actively pursues development of own competencies within the scope of job duties - Complies with HEALTH & SAFETY, FIRE PROTECTION, IMS and EMS, EnMS regulations - Adheres to group code of conduct (Compliance principles) - Promotes work and product quality in accordance with quality system requirements - Complies with internal company directives and regulations - Complies with applicable industry standards - Performs additional tasks in accordance with agreed work type per supervisor's instructions.
