Doktor24 is seeking physicians for digital primary care – flexible work and fully remote Do you want to combine clinical work with flexibility and work from home – while contributing to developing the future of primary care? Who we are looking for We believe that you who are applying have a genuine interest in primary care and good collaboration skills. As a physician, you are innovative in your approach to work and treat patients with high quality. You are fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing, with very good language proficiency and communication skills, since the work largely takes place through oral communication and written dialogue in chat. You hold a Swedish medical license and have at least two years of documented experience working in Swedish primary care after completing your BT/AT service. You probably have another position in primary care that you would like to flexibly combine with digital work with us. About the setup and position: We are looking for you as a consultant through your own company. You want to work clinically digitally at least 30 hours per month, preferably more. Since we are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, there are good opportunities to adapt your working hours. There is a need during daytime, evenings, and weekends, and in the future, night shifts may also become relevant if interested. The desired start date is as soon as possible, but it typically takes about 3 weeks to set up equipment and approvals before introduction and start of the position. We unfortunately cannot guarantee a certain service level – you apply for shifts based on the operation's needs. Our ambition is to create a long-term collaboration over time. Support from competent colleagues, treatment guidelines, and technical platforms With the help of an AI bot, all patients are triaged before they are either recommended self-care, referred to physical care, or offered a digital meeting with you as a physician. In your clinical work, you will assess patients digitally via chat, phone, or video. You have competent colleagues on duty whom you can consult if needed. You also receive support from our solid treatment guidelines, which guide you in your digital care work. You will also receive regular follow-up, statistics, and support from your Staff Manager.
