Do you want to combine administrative work with practical tasks in an operationally focused role where quality, structure, and problem-solving are key? We're now looking for a driven and curious warehouse specialist who wants to help ensure efficient processes and high quality in our operations. About the Position As a warehouse specialist, you'll have a varied role working both administratively and operationally. A significant part of your work will involve different business and quality systems where you're responsible for documentation, follow-up, and administration related to warehouse and quality processes. At the same time, you'll be an integral part of daily warehouse operations and contribute where needed. Your work will involve conducting careful quality inspections and investigations in various systems based on established routines and processes to ensure correct documentation and traceability. You'll be an important link between several functions in the organization and help maintain a high quality standard in daily operations. This role offers an exciting combination of practical warehouse work, administration, problem-solving, and quality assurance where you'll have the opportunity to influence and develop working methods over time. Examples of Tasks: Inspection of incoming materials from suppliers Picking and packing materials for customer delivery Inventory management and ongoing material handling in warehouse Article certification Documentation and quality assurance of processes Management of information in business and quality systems Contribution to improvement and development initiatives Collaboration with various functions within the organization About You We believe you'll thrive in this role if you have a technical interest and appreciate working both practically and administratively. Mandatory Requirements: Good computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems Technical understanding or strong technical interest Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Class B driver's license Ability to work in a structured and thorough manner Desirable Qualifications: Experience from warehouse, logistics, production, or similar operations Forklift certification Experience with business systems, document management, or process work Experience in quality work and deviation management About Our Client Our client is a technology-intensive company working with advanced products and complex processes.
